Our Level 3 First Steps to Management in Care Skills Bootcamp is designed to support care workers who want to take their first step to move into a team leader/management role. It will help them build up valuable management skills and provide them with the practical and technical knowledge needed to become a successful team leader.

The Skills Bootcamp runs over 10-weeks and can be delivered at accessible learning times to support employer needs. Employees will learn how to lead and motivate a team, plan change in the workplace, understand customer service standards, health and safety in the workplace and more. The course can be delivered to individuals online or to a group of learners face-to-face and at the end of the programme employees will have an accredited qualification that will elevate their capability.
